A mix of Tex-Mex & Cali-style eats in a counter-serve spot adorned with local art & surf scenes. Bubba's is a fresh Mexican restaurant located in the heart of the Islip hamlet. Bubba’s has a West Coast flair, providing large portions with a relaxed, coastal theme. For the past decade, Bubba’s has been committed to its food, customers, and spreading environmental awareness. We have always focused on three main food goals: quality, portion, and price. Bubba’s is not just about the food; however, we care about our customers too! Since 2009, we have always supported local communities and charities, as well as local artists by providing them with the opportunity to showcase their work. Bubba’s other passion has been to remain as environmentally conscious as possible. We have used products that are made with renewable resources like corn and sugarcane for our utensils, paper goods, cups, etc. With our recent expansion, we have continued to support the environment by using all reclaimed materials. Our paneling, ceiling, beams, and bricks all originate from barns, fencing, and mills from the 1800s. Come check out our new and improved space!
